BIRTHDAY PARTY AND PLAY DAY
Let CK Gymnastics host your child’s birthday party and our professionally trained staff will take care of everything! Your birthday child and their guests will enjoy our facilities, including an air track and a bounce house! We have a fun obstacle course, along with games and relay races specially designed for the ages of your guests.
Party Pricing
12 children — $320
$10 for each additional child up to a maximum of 25 guests.
All party-goers must be at least five years old. (An adult must accompany children under the age of 5)
The only exceptions to this rule are direct siblings of the birthday boy/girl.
Special offer: Direct siblings of the birthday boy/girl (Only CKG members)
are free and not included in partygoers.
Party Agreement
The child is turning five or older (An adult must accompany children under the age of 5)
Signed Birthday Party Agreement form $100.00 non-refundable/non transferable deposit. Cancellations may incur full party fees.
The remaining balance of $220 + additional guests and extra pizzas will be charged on the first business day before the party.
Waivers for all guests must be signed and collected before the start of the party. Party Format - Hosts may arrive to set up the Party Area for the party 10 or 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, but no sooner. The first hour and a half are playtimes, and then celebrate your kids’ birthday. CKG Instructors will help you with cleaning up. Gratuities are accepted.

Essential Party & Gym Rules

Gum chewing is not allowed at CKG.

No jewelry is allowed in the gym area.

Toys in hand or pocket are not allowed in the gym.

Beverages and food are not allowed in the gym or lobby.

No shoes are allowed in the gym.

Wet socks must be removed before entering the gym.

No oils or lotions are allowed into the gym.

Parents and party-goers must exit the party room promptly at the end of the 2 hours.

Hosting party parents are responsible for the care of every party-goer.
Cancellation: The $100 birthday deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel 21 days or less before the scheduled party, a $320 (total) charge will be incurred.
